English Extremities – Online English Coaching for Engineers & Developers Effective

Welcome to English Extremities! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules, responsibilities, and legal aspects of using our services. By enrolling in or accessing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
English Extremities provides online English coaching for engineers and software developers. Services may include but are not limited to:
- One-on-one coaching
- Group lessons
- Course materials (videos, PDFs, quizzes)
- Webinars and discussion groups
- Mock interviews and fluency training
English Extremities does not guarantee any specific results, including job placement or certification.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to enroll.
- You must provide accurate information when registering.
3.1 Payment- Payments must be made in full before accessing paid services.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe, bank transfers.
- Subscription or installment plans (if available) must be followed strictly.
3.2 Refund Policy- Refunds are not provided for completed services.
- If you cancel within 48 hours before your first lesson, you may receive a partial refund (75%).
- No refunds for cancellations after the course/training has started.
- If a class is canceled by English Extremities, a rescheduled session will be offered.
3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling- Clients may reschedule lessons with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
- No Guarantees: English Extremities does not guarantee fluency, job placement, or specific performance improvements.
- Limited Liability: English Extremities is not responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or platform errors affecting lessons.
- Third-Party Tools: We may use third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, WhatsApp). You agree to their respective terms when using them.
- All course materials, videos, PDFs, and content are owned by English Extremities.
- You may not: Share, distribute, sell, or reproduce course materials without permission.
- Fair Use: You may download materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Your personal information is protected and will not be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
- We may use anonymized data for research, analytics, and marketing.
- By using our services, you consent to be recorded in coaching sessions (if applicable) for training and quality purposes.
- In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact English Extremities to resolve the issue.
- If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled through mediation or arbitration in Florida.
- You waive the right to bring class-action lawsuits against English Extremities.
English Extremities reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications means you accept the new terms.
